GoldPalm Limited was established in 1998 in response to a request to source USD value deals in Southeast Asia for Middle East based Investors.

We have gained experience with Shariah and non Shariah compliant Investments. We started with deals for SE Asia “listed equities” for high net worth business owners in the Middle East. When
the Asian markets collapsed, there were many opportunities for us as a buy-side advisory firm.

It was the Food sector for verticals such as KFC Malaysia and other segments in the franchise business. Followed by the Financial Sector as banks in Indonesia and Malaysia were looking for capital. 25 years on, we have worked on deals in various sectors and regions, from Coal mining terminals to Oil exploration, Low-cost airlines, Trophy Properties in European Gateway Cities,

Renewable Energy and Semiconductor foundries in Southeast Asia. To name a few. A lot of deals in Asia & Emerging markets and Capital has come from many parts of the World.

Broad expertise in debt / equity fundraising, project finance, growth and expansion strategies. Done turnarounds, restructurings and reorganizations, vertical integration and operational and production improvements to Corporations.

Our normal business size is; Equity Funding circa US$10million to US$200million.

Debt Funding circa US$25 million to US$300 million.

Property Funders circa Trophy Building Assets so US$200 million and upwards in value.

Capabilities in Board governance, monitoring of corporate projects and goals.
